A devoted member of Emmanuel Temple CME Church in Victorville, Theresa served faithfully on the Women’s Missionary Committee. Her dedication to service extended beyond her church as she held the esteemed position of Worthy Matron for the Order of the Eastern Star of California Prince Hall Rite 93 (High Desert Flower).
Theresa was a woman of many passions. She found joy in exploring the world through travel and expressed her creativity as a playwright. At home, she nurtured her love for nature by tending to her garden with care and devotion. Theresa had a desire in her heart for animals, especially cats. She once expressed that when she got to heaven, she hoped that God would have her care for the animals.
She leaves behind cherished memories with her son, Jeffery Moss; daughter, Rhonda Hall; brother, Winston Moss; sister, Alfreda Swinney; nephew, Arthur Smiley; and nieces JoAnn Henderson and Kimberly Smiley.
Theresa’s life was one filled with faith, creativity, and love. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.
