For public agencies and institutions

County and city offices, public health agencies, hospitals, colleges, and utilities all need to reach the Black and Hispanic Inland Empire credibly, and to document that they did.

AB 1511, signed in 2024, asks California state agencies that advertise to plan increased spending with ethnic and community media. Every monthly sponsor report itemizes each placement delivered and is built to attach to those filings.

A locally owned, Black-owned community newspaper serving San Bernardino County since 1969. Court-adjudicated newspaper of general circulation since 1971. Member of the National Newspaper Publishers Association, the California Newspaper Publishers Association, and California Black Media.
