On Friday, February 1, 2019, The San Bernardino Black Culture Foundation Inc. held the installation ceremony announcing the recipients of the SBBCF 2019 Scholarship Awards, and  the appointment of the 2019 SBBCF Honorary Senior Queen & King

Certificates of Congratulation, Recognition, and Commendation were presented to the Scholarship Awardees, and to the 2019 SBBCF Senior King & Queen, on behalf of: United States Congressman, Pete Aguilar, (by Curt Lewis);  for California State Senator, Connie Leyva,  (by Michael Townsend);  for California State Assembly Member, James Ramos,  (by Dion Taylor); for San Bernardino County Superintendant of Schools,Ted Alejandre,  (by Carolyn Tillman);  & for Mayor Valdivia & the Common Council, City on San Bernardino, (by Erica Murphy).
