WHERE: 3rd Avenue between Ottawa Street & Talpa Street
DESCRIPTION: Northbound 3rd Avenue between Ottawa Street and Talpa Street will be closed for utility and road work, Nov. 2 through Dec. 31. No traffic will be permitted to travel the northbound lane throughout the duration of this improvement project.
A detour for Northbound traffic to 2nd Avenue has been established. Signage will be in place.
Southbound 3rd Avenue will remain open.
Motorists are encouraged to utilize alternate routes and exercise caution when driving within the vicinity. Delays can be expected.
