60th Annual Beautillion Scholarship Program Emphasizes Mentorship, Brotherhood, Leadership, and Educational Opportunities
SAN BERNARDINO, CA — Social Lites, Inc. of the Inland Empire, in partnership with the 100 Black Men of the Inland Empire, proudly announces the launch of its 60th Annual Beautillion Scholarship Program, themed “Young Men Rising: Leadership, Brotherhood & Legacy.”
“This milestone year marks six decades of empowering young men through education, leadership development, mentorship, and scholarship opportunities,” said Sheri Lewis, President, Social Lites, Inc. of the Inland Empire
More than a traditional scholarship program, the Beautillion is a transformative experience designed to equip high school junior and senior young men of color with the tools, confidence, and relationships needed to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their goals.
“At the heart of the program is mentorship. Through positive male role models, meaningful connections, and a strong sense of brotherhood, participants will receive guidance and encouragement to develop character, strengthen leadership skills, make responsible decisions, and recognize their full potential,” said Alonso Duncan, President, 100 Black Men of the Inland Empire
This year’s partnership unites two organizations dedicated to uplifting young people and strengthening communities. The program will focus on four essential pillars: Mentoring, Education, Health & Wellness, and Economic Development.
Participants will engage in interactive workshops, leadership activities, financial literacy education, career exploration, community service, and personal development experiences. Young men will also gain exposure to college, vocational and trade schools, entrepreneurship, and military career pathways, while having opportunities to earn scholarships and educational resources.

A Legacy of Service and Commitment
Founded in 1956, Social Lites, Inc. has dedicated nearly 70 years to community service, youth development, education, and scholarship assistance throughout the Inland Empire. The Beautillion Scholarship Program continues that legacy by investing in young men and helping prepare them to become confident, responsible, and productive leaders.
Community members are encouraged to identify and recommend high school junior and senior young men who could benefit from this exceptional opportunity. A single recommendation could connect a young man with a mentor, educational resources, lifelong relationships, and experiences that positively influence his future.
