The City is developing a Strategic Plan to strengthen how we respond to homelessness, and we want to hear from you. We know this is an issue that is important to our community, from the families and neighbors who experience it to the residents and businesses working to help. Your insight can show what’s working and where the gaps are.
Barstow’s plan builds on five goals:

● Growing shelter and support services
● Preventing homelessness before it starts
● Building a fair, results-driven system
