
BMO and Sapphire Global Media Group recently partnered to host a small business workshop in San Bernardino. The workshop was held at the Rezek Centre on the campus of St. Bernardine Medical Center.
The attendees received an informative presentation conducted by BMO that educated them on a number of BMO small business products and services. BMO also went into detail about their Zero Barries to Business Program.
After the presentation, Daniel Rodriguez and David Karir of BMO engaged in a detailed Q&A session to answer many of the questions from the attendees. It was a back-and-forth conversation that provided a wealth of information that was appreciated by both BMO and those in attendance. The audience included a number of Inland Empire small business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as those looking to start a business
“I got a lot of good information from the this workshop. BMO covered a number of important topics small business owners need to be aware of,” said James Chapman, owner of AmeriAir Air Conditioning and Heating.
“I like how they explained their small business loans and lines of credit process. They were also very detailed in explaining there Zero Barriers to Business program and how it benefits small business owners,” said J’Syri Johnson.
BMO is taking a proactive approach in working with small business owners in LMI communities focusing on economic development. In addition to the small business topic, they briefly discussed homeownership and financial literacy.

We are looking forward to partnering on additional workshops in the near future,” said Willie Ellison, CEO of Sapphire Global Media Group. “We received a great response and the local business owners walked away with a lot of great information,” he added.
BMO and Sapphire Global Media will partner to host a homeownership workshop in the Inland Empire. During the month of November.
BMO has dedicated a $30 billion investment in the California market and communities of color. They are taking a proactive approach in attempting to close the racial wealth gap. BMO is actively working with communities of color to discuss and host various financial workshops.
