
Dr. Brenda Pratt, PhD founder and CEO of Health Heart and Kidney First a non-profit organization that provides Health Education for Heart and Chronic Kidney Disease. The organization promotes awareness to help prevent the progression of chronic health conditions, both heart and end stage renal disease. Health Heart and Kidney First assists individuals, families and communities in need of support in the Inland Empire. Dr. Pratt recently hosted a Healthy Heart, Kidney Smart Empowerment and Appreciation event at the Cottonwood Golf Course Banquet Hall in Moreno Valley. During the event Dr. Pratt honored individuals and community partners for their dedication, service, support, and commitment to improving the health and well-being of Inland Empire residents. Moore was the event coordinator and is also the Founder and CEO of Black Women Rock Nationally.
