Washington, DC — Representative Dave Min (CA-47) issued the following statement after the Supreme Court majority’s decision on mail-in voting:

The week, in your inboxFree. Local news, notices, and what is happening across the Inland Empire.

“This is the most corrupt and out of control Supreme Court in history. While this decision, as Sotomayor notes, does not hold that Trump can stop mail-in voting, it does allow Trump to continue to falsely denigrate vote-by-mail and threaten states that don’t turn over their voter data to his weaponized DOJ.

The Court is actively aiding and abetting Trump’s efforts to steal this election and we must stand up and call it out. And if our democracy survives this election, we must rein them in and hold them accountable.”
