The Los Angeles Chargers, American Airlines and USAA hosted a flag football tournament over the weekend to bring together our nation’s service members for a day of military appreciation, competition, team building and camaraderie. Hosted at The Bolt, the state-of-the-art training facility and corporate headquarters of the Los Angeles Chargers, the tournament featured 10 teams from the California Army National Guard, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Marine Corps Camp Pendleton, Marine Corps Miramar, Los Angeles Army Recruiting, Edwards Air Force Base and the Coast Guard. The two brackets of the tournament were won by Los Angeles Air Force Base and the Coast Guard, with each team winning a Championship Battle of the Bases belt and each player of those teams receiving tickets to a 2026 Chargers home game.
