RIVERSIDE – Beginning Tuesday (July 7), Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder (ACR) offices will be providing all services by appointment only.
The ACR is offering appointment-only services as part of a phased approach to reopening their locations. Appointments are available at three of their offices, Gateway (East Riverside), Temecula and Palm Desert. Customers can schedule appointments online at http://www.asrclkrec.com or by calling (951) 955-6200.
As directed by Riverside County Public Health and CDC guidelines, all in-person visitors will be required to social distance, wear facial coverings, and be screened prior to entering the facilities.
Many questions can be answered, and services performed, without visiting an office location. Before making an appointment for an in-person visit, customers are encouraged to visit the ACR website and to view online services that are available. If customers still require an appointment to have their services met, please contact the ACR directly by live chat, phone, or email.
“I take the health and safety of our customers and staff very seriously,” Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder Peter Aldana said. “I highly encourage people to use our remote service options without visiting an office. However, if you must come in, appointments are required to limit capacity and ensure social distancing.”
