Homeless Of The Streets Fundraiser
An Open House event will be held January 26, 2019 from 5 pm-8 pm at the Friendly Temple Church located at 16570 E Street Victorville, CA 92395. This day of service will focus primarily on our obligation to humanity. We want to help get the homeless population off the streets and into dwellings. This invitation is extended to you in obedience to the word of God in Matthew 26: 34-46 which compels us to show love and compassion to our fellow man.
Before we know it, the leaves will begin to fall, the temperatures will cool, and the rainy season will be upon us. It is only the grace of God that He has blesses us to be warmly enveloped in our coats and scarves, or in our homes with a roof over our heads with heaters and fireplaces to warm us throughout the night; but many are sleeping on the streets with nothing but cardboard boxes, newspapers or other discarded items to protect them from the elements. It is hard not acknowledge and be compassionate towards this very visible problem in our communities.
Proverbs 22:9 King James Version “He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor.”
Please join us at our Open House event on January 26, 2019, to help show that love, concern, and kindness still exist in the hearts of man. Help us work toward providing a solution to the homeless problem by standing on faith with the knowledge that nothing is too hard for our God to work out. Free food will be provided at this event to feed the body, and praise and worship will go forth to nourish the soul.
With your help and the help of the Lord, we can make a difference! This event is open to all. Anyone interested in contributing or investing funds in this necessary and well-meaning cause (sponsored by TryVision Ministries) is welcomed to contact me or my staff and RSVP at 760-780-0408 or 760-787-6658 (PO Box 3165 Victorville, CA 92393-3165). We appreciate all contributions including but not limited to your time, attendance, and moral support.
God bless you all,
In His service,
Acting C.E.O
