Burger Boss Adds A Side Of Ranch(er) To The Upcoming Pacific Wine & Food Classic Taking Place August 18 & 19

Corona, Calif.—(August 6, 2018)—When Burger Boss debuts its Pacific Burger at the 2nd annual Pacific Wine & Food Classic on August 18 in Newport Beach, guests will be privy to a generous serving of ranch{er}. Rancher Dan Barnhart of Barnhart Ranch in Philomath, Oregon, will be grilling and greeting guests alongside the owners of his client, Burger Boss.
“When we learned that Burger Boss was named the Official Burger of the Pacific Wine & Food Classic, we were thrilled,” said Barnhart. “Our grass-fed cattle are one of the key components at Burger Boss and we have a terrific relationship with owners Mo Farha and Kamil Finan. We wanted to be at the event to support them and grill alongside them.”
Barnhart Ranch is part of Country Natural Beef Co-Op, a family ranch-owned co-op who ranch on principles steeped in sustainability and progressive farming that works with nature not against it. Cattle graze in a healthy manner that allows plants to regrow while leaving a minimalist impression on water resources.
“When we created Burger Boss we knew that our beef had to be of the highest quality,” said Founder Mo Farha. “We wanted grass-fed beef that was raised humanely by people who take pride in their work. We could have easily connected with a slew of factory farmers, but the cornerstone of our concept is bringing back the great American burger. You can’t do that with substandard beef.”
Rancher Dan was recently in Southern California delivering burgers from Burger Boss to guests and sharing with them the philosophy of his family’s farm and how they breed and raise their cattle. Dan will do the same on August 18 and 19 at the Pacific Wine & Food Classic as well as grill alongside the Burger Boss team, which has also partnered with Lynx Professional Grills for the two-day event. Guests will be treated to slider-size servings of the Pacific Burger.
This is the first time Burger Boss, whose guests are accustomed to “bossing” their burger, has ever had a signature burger on its menu. The Pacific Burger is a Southern California-inspired burger featuring an all-natural, grass-fed beef patty topped with a thick slice of pepper jack cheese, fresh tomato and avocado then smeared with house-made chipotle aioli and served on a classic white bun.
Guests can enjoy the Pacific Burger at any Burger Boss location starting August 18 through September 30, 2018. Of course, those who prefer to be the boss of their own burger can do so with five easy steps. Select…
1. Protein – grass-fed beef, cage-free chicken or turkey, or black bean patty
2. Bun – white Kaiser, wheat grain or gluten-free
3. Cheese – from American and blue cheese crumble to sharp cheddar, gouda and more
4. Sauce – from traditional 1000 Island and Heinz Ketchup to chipotle mayo, honey Dijon, Sriracha and more
5. Toppings – turkey bacon, organic egg, grilled pineapple, avocado as well as more traditional offerings, such as tomatoes and grilled onions
Burger Boss, named the Best Burger in the Inland Empire year after year, will debut its Pacific Burger on August 18 at the Pacific Wine & Food Classic taking place at Newport Dunes.
