The outdoor affair will showcase 185 world-class, jury-selected artists from 32 states and five countries exhibiting their original artworks.
La Quinta Art Celebration returns over the four days of Veteran’s Day Weekend, November 10-13, 2022, at the visually stunning La Quinta Civic Center in La Quinta, CA. The hours for this fall show have been set at 9 am to 4 pm to take full advantage of our desert sunshine. This is the Coachella Valley’s signature art event and is presented by SCOPE Events, LLC, with the full support of the City of La Quinta.
The outdoor affair will showcase 185 world-class, jury-selected artists from 32 states and five countries exhibiting their original artworks in styles ranging from classical to whimsical, and spanning 11 media categories: 2 & 3D Mixed Media, Ceramics, Digital Art, Drawing & Pastel, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Painting, Photography, Sculpture and Wood.
To complement the unparalleled art experience, the Celebration will offer its patrons a diverse variety of upscale amenities that include live music, gourmet dining from Best Beverage Catering, and top-shelf beverages at Celebration Bistro, Champagne Bar, Winery Experience, Oasis Lounge, Palm Tree Bar and lakeside at the Don Julio Margarita Bar.
Daily live entertainment will feature favorite local performers Scott Carter (9 am-12 pm on the Amphitheater stage) and Michael Anthony Gagliardi (9 am-4 pm at the Oasis Lounge). Headlining on the Amphitheater stage from 1-4 pm are Del Lago Trio (Friday), The Art of Sax (Saturday), and Shaken Not Stirred (Sunday). In addition, live music will be performed by Nick Sosa in the Celebration Bistro on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm.
Featured Artists at ENCORE 2022 are Mark Lewanski of Michigan, Erin Hanson of Oregon and Robert Weil, a local La Quinta resident. Mark is the Master of woven glass and his work is exhibited on the event poster. Erin’s, oil painting, Waves of Sunflowers, was selected for the women’s t-shirt. Robert Weil’s digital art comprises the men’s T-shirt with the whimsical Encore.
La Quinta is a community steeped in pride for the arts, and La Quinta Art Celebration seamlessly intertwines the visual, performing, and culinary arts all at one event.
La Quinta Civic Center is located at 78495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, CA 92253. Event hours are 9 am to 4 pm. Admission is $20, or $25 for a Multi-Day Pass. Children under 12 are free.
