Judgment has been unleashed. You can hear, but not understand. You can see, but not perceive. It’s too late! [Paraphrasing God’s call to Isaiah in [Isaiah Chapter 6]. You wouldn’t listen, you wouldn’t see, you wouldn’t believe, and now you can’t.” “Tell them it is too late. Judgment is already in motion.” You have rejected the Word, the Law of the Lord, the Holy One Himself. And He swore by Him who lives for ever and ever, who created the heavens and all that is in them, the earth and all that is in it, and the sea and all that is in it, and said, “There will be no more delay!” [Revelation 10:6]. I spoke to you repeatedly, but you did not listen; I called you, but you did not answer. Therefore, what I did to Shiloh I will now do to you. I will thrust you from My presence, just as I did all your brothers, the people of Ephraim. So do not plead with Me, for I will not listen to you.
God’s judgment upon nations in the past were written for our admonition – [1Corinthians 10:11]. It is to our shame that we don’t realize the time period in which we live. We have failed to realize that there comes a time when everything will be set into motion and no man can stop it. No prayer that can be prayed. We cannot hope for a moment that God will change His mind. Once He has set these things in motion, they will continue until they are completed. I tell you the end time is coming without delay. All individuals will one day be judged, and there is such a thing as the judgment of a nation! Just read the stories of the Old Testament/Sodom and Gomorrah a lot of similarities between Sodom and the world, especially America…certainly our level of sin and iniquity is at least equal, if not in excess/Israel, and because of that the result of such excess is that America has passed the point of no return, the point of “dread release,” when God delivers a nation from judgment to destruction. Read [Deuteronomy 28:15-48]. The curses of a nation under judgment are listed there. The chilling thing about our behavior as a nation is that the Bible teaches that when a nation under judgment refuses to repent, it will ultimately reach a point where God will deliver it from judgment to wrath from discipline to doom. The Bible further teaches that when this terrible point of dread release is reached, the nation cannot be saved even by the prayer of the Righteous! [Read Ezekiel 14:12-20].
[Micah 3] reminds us that the God who sits patiently on His throne of grace…on the mercy seat there in Heaven, is sometimes forced by a nation to rise up off of that throne, and trample an entire nation under His feet, saying, I cannot tolerate the sin, rebellion, and wickedness any longer. [Romans 1: 24-32].
Therefore, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death.
A message to the Nations – It’s Too Late!
And then “The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple, from the throne, saying, ‘It is done!’ And there were flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, and a great earthquake such as there had never been since man was on the earth. The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations, fell and God remembered Babylon the great, to make her drain the cup of the wine of the fury of his wrath. And every island fled away, and no mountains were to be found. And great hailstones, about one hundred pounds each, fell from heaven on people; and they cursed God for the plague of the hail, because the plague was so severe.” [Revelation 16:17–21].
