Concerned Citizens for the Development of North Fontana Vice president Vernal Townsend, president Ellen Turner, committee member Toni Hall, Deborah Hall Lindsey Miss Black Awareness Pageant Executive Pageant Director, and some of the Miss Black Awareness Pageant Contestants Jhayla and Monica were able to drop in.

Saturday, October the 27th was an Exciting Day in North Fontana at the JessieTurner Health and Fitness Community Center a  State of The Arts Facility that Embrace the Ever growing needs of the Surrounding Communities. The Day Event which was hosted in the Jessie Turner Basketball Gym. Brought forth a Firey Showdown between  the  Aqua Caliente Ontario Clippers and the Salt Lake City Utah  All-Stars Basketball Teams which was a welcome new energy in the community.

Utah 7 foot Center Willie Reed, before loading the bus to return to Salt Lake City stopped to pay respect to the legendary Jessie Turner who community center is named after with a photo op next to her portrait.
